  • Do I need to register to shop?
    No, you may check out as a guest. We, however, encourage you to create an account with us to be a member and enjoy the benefits of exclusive deals, collect reward points and apply discount codes when you shop as a member. By signing up an account, you could keep track of your current and past orders via the dashboard.
  • What do I do if I have forgotten my password or my password does not work?
    If you've forgotten your password, just click the ‘Forgotten Your Password' button and it will be emailed to you right away. If you still didn't receive an email, write to hello@saysiri.com and our team will assist you promptly.
  • How do I place an order?
    Before you get started, let's make it official and Register as a member here on our website. There are more shopping perks for you to enjoy as a Saysiri member! If you don't mind missing out on the good stuff, you can proceed with Guest Checkout. To shop, just add the items to your cart then you'll be redirected to Login or have the option to checkout as Guest.
  • What happens after an order is made?
    You will receive an email confirmation on your purchase and be provided with an Order Number. The order will be processed within 2 business days upon payment verification, and an email with the tracking details will be sent once the order is successfully shipped. Your order status can be checked by logging in to your Saysiri.com account.
  • How do I add an item to my order after checking out?
    No changes can be made once an order has been placed. We highly recommend that you review your order before proceeding to checkout.
  • Can I cancel my order after payment?
    Yes, you can request for order cancellation but it will be subject to the discretion of our team, depending on your cancellation reason (e.g.: duplicated order).   • Why is my discount code not working?
    Our discount codes are made for Registered Members only. Please create an account when you shop with us, you must be logged in for the discount code to work.   • Why was my order cancelled?
    In most cases, orders are automatically canceled if we do not receive payments from you via the payment gateways. However, if the amount has been deducted from your bank account, kindly email us at hello@saysiri.com and we'll sort it out right away!

    Processing time, production, and delivery differ from one another especially if an item is made to measure. Kindly note if an item is made to measure, please allow 14 days for production time. The delivery of any items depends on the specified timing as indicated on each listing and the country the item is being delivered to.

  • What are my shipping options?
    For shoppers in UAE, we offer a standard local courier with SHYFT. Global shoppers can rejoice as we provide Express Delivery across international waters too!
  • How can I track my order?
    We will update you with the delivery status once your order is processed. So check your inbox, we will email you a tracking code to follow the journey of your package at all times. Just in case you can't find it, you may want to check your Junk Mail.
  • Why is my tracking number not traceable?
    Tracking number is usually traceable once it is collected and processed by the courier. Hang in there and do give it at least 24 hours for it to be processed on the courier's end. If you made your order during the weekend or public holidays, it will be traceable on the next working day. We appreciate your patience and you should expect your package to arrive within the estimated time frame. Kindly drop us an email with your order and tracking numbers to hello@saysiri.com in the event where the tracking details are not updated for more than 24 hours and our team will investigate further.
  • Can I change my delivery address?
    You may check with our customer service on the status of your order. No changes can be made to the delivery details once the items are processed/shipped.
  • Can I use my office address as a delivery destination?
    Yes, you may use your office address as your delivery destination. Be sure to provide us with your full name, department and building name/floor to ensure the delivery is made accurately.
  • What happens if my item is returned back to the sender by the courier service provider?
    In the case of a failed delivery, our customer service team will drop you an email to notify and advise further for a re-delivery arrangement. Additional charges on postage may be imposed for us to arrange a second delivery.
  • Is the Self-Pickup option available?
    No, we do not facilitate self-pickups at the moment.
  • I have made my purchase but still did not receive my tracking number.
    In this instance, your order may not be processed yet. A notification email with your parcel’s tracking details will be sent to you once our team has processed and shipped out your order, normally within 2 business days.
  • Do you ship to P.O. box?
    Unfortunately, no, we are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes.
  • Free, Fast & Easy returns
    UAE Addresses: Saysiri guarantees that if you are in any way dissatisfied with the Goods you have ordered, You can return them to us free of charge and we will exchange them or give you a full refund of the price of the Goods (not including the postage) provided that: Customers are required to notify SAYSIRI of a defective item within 48 hours of receiving the shipment, otherwise, it is deemed that the product was received in a good condition. Exchanges Exchanges are only allowed if an item is defective or not as described. Items should be returned within 14 days, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unused with the original tags attached.   • Can I exchange the item I purchased?
    For online purchases, you may submit a Return & Refund Request to our customer service representative at hello@saysiri.com for a refund to be made. You can then proceed placing a new order on our website with your new preference of size, colour or collection. Product exchange is not available for online purchases.   • How long do I have to return an item?

  • How and where can I return the item?
    We offer reverse pick-up by our courier partners at your doorstep. Kindly send a return request to hello@saysiri.com for the return arrangement. Our customer service representative will attend to your request within one (1) working day.
  • When will the refund be credited back to my account?
    Once you have arranged returning back the item to us, please allow seven (7) up to ten (10) working days for our team to do necessary checks and organize for the refund to be made.
  • What courier service is used for International Delivery?
    All International shipments will be facilitated by SHYFT courier.
  • How much will I be charged for shipping?
    UAE Address: We are happy to avail you of Free Delivery in UAE. GCC & International : Delivery charges will vary based on location and the charges can be viewed at checkout. Imposed custom duties, if any, are the responsibility of the shopper.
  • Will my parcel be charged customs and import charges?
    All international deliveries may be subjected to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The amount may vary depending on the country of destination and you will be responsible for paying any additional charges for customs clearance. Saysiri.com cannot control and is not responsible for any duties applied to your package. You should contact your local customs office for the fee calculations. Please note that Custom Offices in some countries may require to provide a form of identification such as a Passport or any Government issued ID before releasing a shipment.

  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We have multiple ways for you to securely make payments online. 1. Online banking (Dubai Islamic Bank) 2. Credit & Debit Card (Visa & Mastercard only) All our payment gateways capture payments in UAE Dirhams. For international cards, you may be subject to a currency conversion fee from your card issuer. We recommend consulting your credit card provider for information on any applicable fees. 3. PayPal If you pay through PayPal, PayPal will provide automatic currency conversion based on the current rate for AED. Kindly note PayPal's currency conversion fee is added to the exchange rate, set by an external financial institution.
